Dogrose are a young Morris team who were founded in 1998 and their first appearance was at Holmfirth Folk Festival. Back in them days there was the four lads, Drew, Will, Ross & David Hall dancing to the wonderful music of Bryony Griffith. These days they can be seen with a full complement of dancers including David Lawley and Oli Matthews (of Ripley Morris Men) and Chris Taylor, Martin Bell and Jim Boyles. They have appeared at festivals all over the UK including Sidmouth, Towersey, Whitby, Warwick, and recently become an integral part of the Demon Barber Roadshow. Back in November 2002 they went on a Folkworks tour called English Roots and have now appeared on the popular TV show 'Later with Jools Holland' performing with Blur, Eliza Carthy, Suggs & Craig David.
